Road to 2025 WAO

Help support Alchemy and I going to World Agility Open in May of 2025 to represent Team USA at this world event!!

Sign up to join the Road to WAO Journal to follow along as we prepare for this trip covering many areas. Not only do you see what we are training, you will have the training plans, documents, etc to also be able to do these things along with us. I try in include as many videos as I can, esp of the dog training so you can see exactly how we are training each skill/course/etc

We are also preparing for the UKI Florida Cup and UKI Invitational during this time, so you can get an inside peek on how we prepare for those events as well.

The topics that will be covering will include:

• Agility Prep all the agility course work, skills work, etc that we will be doing
• Canine Fitness the workouts that we do each week/month to keep Alchemy in key shape for this event.
• Handler Fitness my workout and workout schedule, plus more on how I keep myself in the condition I need to be for each event
• Handler Mental Prep includes all the mental, visualization training I do plus all the planning, goal setting and more
